Early booking is recommended as places in our mountain hut are limited. Please use our online reservation system or contact us directly to secure your overnight stay.

• Payment is only possible in cash on site.

Cancellation policy

The following cancellation policy applies to the Hochjoch Hospiz Hütte of the Berlin Section:

1. If a reservation request for a sleeping place (overnight stay) at the Hochjoch Hospiz is made and confirmed by the hut tenant or provided in the case of short-term bookings, an accommodation contract has been concluded. A legally binding contract is also concluded in the case of verbal bookings, in particular by telephone, unless the written form has been expressly agreed.
   
2. If, after reservation in accordance with point 1, some or all of the sleeping places reserved by the guest are not taken up, the following cancellation fees per sleeping place and night shall be due for the guest's cancellations or non-arrivals.
   
   For cancellations (up to 18:00)
   • up to 1 week before the start of the stay: free of charge
   • within 6 days before the start of the stay: € 10.00
   • within 2 days before the start of the stay: € 30.00
     
3. The tenants are entitled to charge the cancellation fees due to the deposited credit card in the event of no-show or chargeable cancellation in accordance with section 2 and to invoice the guest.
   
4. Cancellation free of charge is generally possible if one of the following criteria is demonstrably met:
   - Access not possible due to alpine danger

The hut keepers must be informed immediately!
The guest reserves the right to prove that the hut tenant has suffered no or only minor material damage.
